Right now the site is used to publish the brand, book a Strategy Call, hold consulting and systems conversations, and register interest in The Time Manifesto. We may offer a membership later. This policy covers those uses.

We use cookies and similar technologies so the site works, so we can see what pages people use, and so forms and booking tools remember a session. You can block cookies in your browser. Some features (including booking) may not work if you do.
We use it to run the website, schedule and hold Strategy Calls, talk about consulting or systems work, send Time Manifesto registration follow-up, answer support, keep records, and improve the site. If a membership launches, we would use the same kinds of contact details to operate it. We may send email or text about something you asked for. You can tell us to stop marketing messages.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade it.
We use third-party processors to run the site and the work:
Those companies process information under their own terms. We do not control their systems. Payment processors may be used if you pay an invoice. We share information with a processor only to do the job (host the site, book the call, hold the meeting, send the email) or if the law requires it.
Strategy Calls are typically held on Zoom. A call may be recorded if we tell you or if the tool indicates it. Do not join if you do not agree to that.
We keep contact and booking records as long as we need them to run the relationship, keep business records, or meet legal duties. Then we delete or de-identify them when it is reasonable to do so.
We use reasonable safeguards. No internet transmission is perfectly secure. If you think something went wrong, email [email protected].
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Email [email protected]. We will respond in a reasonable time. You can also unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message.
This site and our services are for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you think we did, contact us and we will delete it.
We may link out. Their privacy practices are theirs, not ours.
