I grew up in foster care. No blueprint. No safety net. Just the understanding from an early age that if anything was going to happen in my life, I was going to have to make it happen myself.

That mindset took me into the United States Marine Corps, through combat deployments, through SWAT operations, and eventually into 20+ years as a business builder. I've started things from zero, hired and led teams, chased revenue, fixed broken operations, and learned every hard lesson that comes with being the person responsible for making it work.

Over the years, I built a $50M+ sales teams from scratch.

I've hired, trained, and led thousands of people. I've turned around underperforming businesses, built revenue systems from zero, and helped business owners see what's possible when the right structure is in place.
